I am not a blogger. In fact this is the only page I’ve ever written. I am not a Social Media activist. My FB profile has exactly 7 friends and before this, my only tweet was 4 years ago.
This is very simple. There are hundreds upon hundred of dissatisfied T-Mobile customers. Their executive management neither cares, nor wants to shows any signs of improvement.
Their CEO John Legere flaunts his progressive character and asks people to give him suggestions. I suggest you Tweet him with #maketmobileaccountable
